The Utilities sector is the top performer midday Wednesday, up 0.4% with Vistra Corp and Constellation Energy Corp leading the way. The Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLU) is up 0.6%, with VST up 102.77% YTD and CEG up 56.56% YTD.

Following closely behind is the Technology & Communications sector, up 0.1%. Seagate Technology Holdings PLC and Advanced Micro Devices Inc are notable performers. The Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) is up 0.3%, with STX up 19.50% YTD and AMD down 3.76% YTD.
