Xiao-I Corp. (AIXI) provided an update on its patent infringement lawsuit with Apple, Inc. The lawsuit claims Apple infringed on VIE’s AI technology. The case reached a new phase in legal proceedings.

A hearing was held on September 24, 2024, at the Shanghai High People’s Court. Both VIE’s and Apple’s legal teams attended. This marks the latest step in the dispute.

The trial phase concluded on July 31, 2024. The parties are now awaiting the Court’s final ruling on the lawsuit involving intellectual property related to artificial intelligence technology.
