Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway reduced its stake in Bank of America by 9.5 million shares valued at $382.4 million. This brings their ownership in the U.S. banking giant below 10%, triggering the need for new disclosures. Berkshire began selling Bank of America shares in mid-July after profiting over $10 billion from the investment. Additionally, they have also cut back on their holdings in Apple. Buffett originally invested in Bank of America in 2011.
