Lululemon athletica up 3.4%, Xcel Energy down 1.3% in early Nasdaq trading

In early trading, shares of lululemon athletica rose by 3.4%, making it the best performing Nasdaq 100 component. However, year to date, the company has lost 46.9% of its value. On the other hand, Xcel Energy was the worst performing component, trading down 1.3% for the day with a year to date gain of 2.6%.
