New off-road and ‘Ultimate’ models revealed

Ford is revamping its Expedition SUV for 2025 to enhance competitiveness. The new model includes a redesigned interior and exterior, a 24-inch driver display, and the BlueCruise hands-free driving system. Starting at $63,000, it competes against full-size SUVs from GM and new entrants like the Jeep Wagoneer.

The 2025 Ford Expedition will have multiple models, including an off-road inspired Tremor version. Available in standard or longer “Max” models, it will offer a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine with 440 horsepower. The SUV segment, growing to 2.7% of the US market, includes smaller crossovers like the Kia Telluride and Hyundai Palisade.

Ford’s newest Expedition model is redesigned to cater to customer needs. The vehicle is priced at $63,000 and includes features such as a 24-inch driver display and BlueCruise hands-free driving system. The SUV competes with GM’s full-size SUVs and new models from brands like Jeep, Kia, and Hyundai. Segment sales have increased to 312,500 units through September of this year.
