OpenAI, the AI research lab, has requested a judge to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Elon Musk. OpenAI claims the lawsuit is a “blusterous” harassment campaign. Musk sued OpenAI for not releasing code for a tool that it developed, called GPT-2. OpenAI alleges that Musk’s lawsuit is frivolous and intended to intimidate.
