Taiwan stocks rose on Monday with gains in technology and communication sectors. The Taiwan Stock Exchange gained 1.88% to reach a 3-month high. Arima Communications Corp surged 350.24%, while Lead Data Inc fell 9.85%. Crude oil prices rose with December delivery at $69.02. USD/TWD was down 0.31% at 31.96.
