Tejon Ranch Company (NYSE: TRC) has partnered with Dedeaux Properties to develop a 510,500-square-foot industrial warehouse at the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center (TRCC). This new warehouse will be Class-A, divisible, and located on a 25-acre parcel near Interstate 5, providing easy access to California’s major highways. The completion of this project adds to the 8.2 million square feet of industrial development already at TRCC, serving as a logistics hub for California and the western United States. Dedeaux Properties has a strong track record in developing logistics-oriented facilities and sees TRCC as a strategic location for distribution.

The strategic location of TRCC, at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Highway 99, has made it a key logistics hub benefiting companies looking to ship goods efficiently throughout California and the West.
