Vitalik Buterin, creator of Ethereum, has donated $884,000 to charities in the past 10 days. This comes as memecoin enthusiasts have been sending tokens to his wallet.

The donations were made in a variety of cryptocurrencies, with recipients including the India Covid Relief Fund and a charity for psychedelic research.

Buterin’s wallet has received over 50 trillion SHIB tokens, which are associated with the popular memecoin Shiba Inu.
