Disney parks are transitioning from Halloween to Christmas decor, with a six-week transformation process involving various departments. The holiday season attracts high revenue and traffic for Disney, with festive offerings and limited-time specials. Disney’s experiences division generated $9.13 billion in revenue from October to December 2023, with repeat visitation from local parkgoers.
The winter holiday season at Disney parks includes special events, parades, fireworks, and character meet-and-greets. Disneyland will feature holiday overlays for popular attractions starting Nov. 15, while Walt Disney World will launch Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on Nov. 8. Unique offerings like Jingle Cruise and Jollywood Nights add to the festive experience for visitors.
