HP Inc. (HPQ) reported Q4 fiscal 2024 earnings of 93 cents per share, missing estimates by 1.1% but up 3.3% YoY. Revenues of $14.06 billion saw a 1.7% YoY increase but missed estimates. HPQ shares dropped 7.44% after-hours. PS revenues rose 2.1%, while printing business revenue increased 0.8%. Operating margins fluctuated, with PS down 100 bps and printing up 70 bps. Cash flow was $1.5 billion.
HPQ provided weak guidance for Q1 and fiscal 2025, with non-GAAP EPS estimates below expectations. The company expects non-GAAP EPS between 70-76 cents for Q1 and $3.06-$3.36 for FY25.
