Hyundai’s latest all-electric vehicle, the 2026 Ioniq 9 SUV, is set to hit U.S. dealerships in the spring. The SUV can fast charge from 10% to 80% in 24 minutes, has a range of 335 miles, and can go from 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds. Pricing is yet to be disclosed.

The Ioniq 9 stands out with a unique exterior design compared to other Hyundai and Kia EV models. Despite slow EV adoption, Hyundai remains committed to offering a full range of EVs in the U.S., aiming to have 23 EV models by 2030. Hyundai and Kia are among the top EV sellers in the U.S., trailing only Tesla.

The Ioniq 9 will be available in Korea and the U.S. in the first half of 2025, with plans for a later rollout in Europe and other markets. Production will take place at a new multibillion-dollar plant in Georgia. Stay updated with CNBC PRO for more insights.
