Judge rejects appeal in $18M crypto fraud case, SEC classifies Green Boxes as securities

Kristoffer Krohn’s appeal against the SEC’s classification of Green Boxes as securities offerings was unsuccessful. The SEC did establish that they were securities offerings or investment contracts in its complaint.
