Live Nation Entertainment (NYSE:LYV) exceeded analyst expectations in the third quarter, reporting adjusted earnings per share of $1.66 and revenue of $7.7 billion. Shares rose by over 6% pre-market. The company’s Concerts division saw record profitability, with adjusted operating income reaching $474 million, up 39% year-over-year.

October ticket sales surged by 15%, with concert-specific transactions rising by 23%. Live Nation has already sold over 20 million tickets for 2025 shows. Despite revenue pressure from foreign exchange fluctuations, the company maintains its outlook for full-year adjusted operating income growth, with a focus on maintaining historical patterns of income to free cash flow conversion.
