Pending home sales increased by 2.0% in October, marking the third consecutive month of growth. All four major U.S. regions saw gains in transactions, with the Northeast leading the way. Year-over-year, contract signings rose in all regions, with the West showing the highest increase. The SentriLock lockbox openings also increased by 7% compared to last year.
