SAGA Metals Corp. conducted an initial field program at the North Wind High-Purity Iron Ore project in Labrador, Canada. Samples showed iron content ranging from 4.88% to 84.57%. Magnetite-rich taconite ore was confirmed, with a 4km mineralization zone identified. The project is located in the Labrador Trough, known for hosting iron ore deposits.

The North Wind Iron Ore property is located in the Labrador Trough, an area with extensive iron ore deposits. The property covers 6,375 hectares and has significant potential based on historical resource estimates. The field program confirmed high-grade iron ore mineralization over a 4km trend, with thickness ranging from 600 to 700 meters.

SAGA Metals’ field program in 2024 focused on the Sokoman Formation, with samples showing iron content up to 84.57%. Davis Tube Magnetic Separation techniques confirmed magnetite-rich ore comparable to nearby deposits. The program identified a 4km mineralization trend, supporting the project’s potential as a high-purity iron ore asset.
