Ashland Inc. has agreed to sell its Avoca business to Mane, with the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of 2025. The Avoca business supplies Sclareolide, a fragrance fixative, and offers contract manufacturing capabilities from production facilities in North Carolina and Wisconsin.
