ATARI: HALF-YEAR 2024/2025 RESULTS

Atari announces its half-year 2024/2025 results, with a doubling of revenues to €13.7M and a current operating loss of -€2.7M. The company released 7 new games, opened pre-orders for the Atari 7800+ console, and acquired Intellivision trademarks and games. During the first half of the year, Atari focused on strengthening its game catalog with new releases. Games revenue increased to €11.9M, hardware revenue to €0.8M, and licensing revenue to €1.0M. The company is on track to exceed FY 24 revenues of €20.6M, driven by key title releases in the second half of the year.

Atari’s consolidated income statement shows a gross margin of €10.5M, with current operating income improving to -€2.7M. Operating income stands at -€6.2M, impacted by non-cash intangible assets impairment. The cash flow from operations for the period turned positive at +€1.6M.

The consolidated balance sheet summary shows total assets of €64.5M, with non-current assets at €53.2M and current assets at €11.3M. Total equity decreased to €0.3M, while non-current liabilities increased to €49.5M and current liabilities to €14.7M.
