Atos SE appoints FORVIS MAZARS as co-auditor for accounts certification

Atos SE has appointed FORVIS MAZARS as co-auditor for the certification of the accounts for the year ending December 31, 2024. The appointment was made by order of the President of the Commercial Court of Pontoise on December 19, 2024. The new co-auditor will work alongside Grant Thornton to certify the accounts. The previous auditor, Deloitte & Associés, appointed for six years in 2018, could not be extended due to regulatory reasons. FORVIS MAZARS’s appointment is effective until the annual general meeting on January 31, 2025.
