Australia stocks closed lower with the ASX 200 down 0.36%. Mineral Resources Ltd and Pilbara Minerals Ltd were top gainers, while Perpetual Ltd and Pro Medicus Ltd saw the biggest losses. Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones. Gold futures rose to $2,692.14, while oil prices fell. AUD/USD remained stable, while AUD/JPY declined.
