Brazil stocks closed lower with Bovespa down 1.09%, led by declining key sectors

Brazil stocks closed lower on Tuesday, with key sectors like and leading the losses. The fell 1.09% to a new 6-month low. Top gainers were Hypera SA, Suzano Papel e Celulose SA, and IRB Brasil Resseguros SA. Automob Participações SA and Azul SA Pref were the biggest losers. Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the B3 Stock Exchange. The was down 4% to 34.58. Gold Futures rose 0.20%, Crude oil rose 1.33%, and USD/BRL remained unchanged at 6.19.
