Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. and Brookfield Renewable Corporation have received all necessary approvals for their proposed reorganization, set to be effective on December 24, 2024. As part of the reorganization, BEPC shareholders will receive new class A exchangeable shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.
