Campbell Soup (NASDAQ:CPB) met Q1 fiscal 2025 expectations but shares fell over 1% pre-market due to organic revenue growth below projections. Adjusted EPS was $0.89, beating estimates by $0.01. Net sales increased 10% to $2.8 billion, in line with analyst forecasts, but organic net sales dropped 1% from last year.

Meals & Beverages segment sales rose 22% to $1.71 billion, driven by Sovos Brands acquisition. Snacks segment revenue fell 4% to $1.07 billion, impacted by Pop Secret popcorn business divestiture.

Despite consumer challenges, Campbell reaffirmed full-year fiscal 2025 guidance, expecting net sales growth of 9-11% and adjusted EPS of $3.12-$3.22. Company remains focused on long-term objectives.
