Canada stocks closed higher, with gains in various sectors. The TSX rose by 0.40%. Top performers included ATS Corporation, BlackBerry Ltd, and Vermilion Energy Inc. Denison Mines Corp, Jamieson Wellness Inc, and Telus Corp were among the worst performers. BlackBerry Ltd hit 52-week highs, while Telus Corp reached 5-year lows. The VIX was down 2.00%. Gold futures and oil prices also saw increases. CAD/USD and CAD/EUR remained stable, while the US Dollar Index Futures rose to 108.00.
