DocuSign's new AI-powered IAM platform drives turnaround, with strong financial results.

The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of e-signatures, leading to a surge in DocuSign Inc (NASDAQ:) shares from $74.11 to $314.76 by August 2021. Despite competition from Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:) and Dropbox Inc. (NASDAQ:), DocuSign expanded its services to include contract lifecycle management (CLM) and launched an AI-powered IAM platform in April 2024. In fiscal Q3 2025, DocuSign reported EPS of 90 cents, beating estimates, with revenue up 7.8% YoY to $754.8 million. The company issued upside guidance for FQ4 2024, expecting revenues of $758 million to $762 million and billings between $870 million and $880 million.
