Boeing stock up 3.1%, Caterpillar down 2.9%; mixed performance for Dow components

In early trading, Boeing’s shares rose by 3.1%, making it the best performing Dow component. Year to date, Boeing has lost 37.9% of its value. On the flip side, Caterpillar was the worst performer, down 2.9%, but showing a 31.1% gain year to date. MMM and NVIDIA also had notable movements, trading down 1.8% and up 1.6% respectively.
