NVIDIA leads Dow Jones with 1.2% gain, UnitedHealth Group is the worst performer.

In early trading, NVIDIA leads the Dow Jones with a 1.2% gain, totaling a 185.4% increase year to date. On the flip side, UnitedHealth Group is the worst performer, down 0.9% for the day and 4.7% year to date. Amgen is also down 0.9%, while JPMorgan Chase is up 0.9%.
