Emeren Group Ltd. completes 162 MW battery storage project in Italy with positive developments in industry

Emeren Group Ltd. (SOL) closed the second phase of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio, adding 162 MW in Sicily, Italy, as part of the Development Service Agreement (DSA) with Arpinge. Emeren expands presence in Europe with DSA partnerships for 2.1 GW capacity. Canadian Solar Inc. (CSIQ) has a strong battery energy storage project pipeline in Europe. SolarEdge Technologies Inc. (SEDG) launched a new battery solution in Germany. Enphase Energy, Inc. (ENPH) introduced its IQ Battery 5P in Belgium and France. SOL stock has gained 53.9% in the past six months. SOL currently holds a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
