The Board of Directors of Vranken-Pommery Monopole Group has decided to separate the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with Nathalie Vranken appointed as the new CEO effective January 1, 2025. Clément Pierlot and Julien Lonneux have been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officers. This move aims to strengthen the group’s governance and build on its family values and international reach.
