Goldman Sachs may sell ETF Accelerator platform amid competition, only 10 launches so far

Goldman Sachs is considering selling its ETF Accelerator platform, which helps clients launch exchange-traded funds. The platform, separate from the bank’s asset management ETF business, launched in 2023. Despite overseeing just 10 ETF launches, compared to 600 industry-wide in 2024, Goldman is evaluating the platform’s future amid competition from successful providers.
