Martin Midstream Partners cancels $157 million merger deal with Martin Resource Management Corp. MRMC was set to acquire Martin Midstream for $4.02 per unit, up from an initial offer of $3.05 per unit. Hedge funds had made a competing bid, citing undervaluation and conflicts of interest. Shareholder meeting for buyout approval is now cancelled.
