Nokia Oyj has repurchased 875,685 of its own shares on 27.12.2024 at an average price of 4.27 euros per share. This buyback program aims to acquire 150 million shares with a maximum total amount of 900 million euros by 31.12.2025, to compensate for dilution effects. The total cost of the repurchases on 27.12.2024 was 3,740,926 euros, resulting in Nokia Oyj holding 220,370,243 of its own shares.
