Northfield Capital Corporation has entered into binding share purchase agreements with five shareholders of Voyageur Mineral Explorers Corp. The company will acquire 4,787,301 Voyageur Shares in exchange for 143,619 Northfield Shares. The Transaction is expected to be completed by January 2, 2025, following regulatory approvals. After the closing, the Company will own approximately 52.27% of Voyageur Shares. The Voyageur Shares will be acquired for a total of 143,619 Northfield Shares with a value of C$2,872,300. The Company is a value-based investment and merchant banking company focused on critical minerals and precious metals.
