Konsolidator A/S issued new shares in a directed issue on December 20, generating net proceeds of DKK 2m. As per Market Abuse Regulation article 19, transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities must be disclosed. Andersen Advisory Group A/S, indirectly controlled by Chairman Michael Moesgaard Andersen, purchased 266,524 shares at a price of 3.752, totaling DKK 999,998. Board member Claus Jul Christiansen also bought 26,652 shares at the same price, amounting to DKK 99,998. Konsolidator A/S aims to simplify financial consolidation for Group CFOs worldwide with its cloud-based software.
