Nebius Group is raising $700 million from investors like Nvidia and Accel to build AI infrastructure. Founded by former Yandex CEO Arkady Volozh, Nebius aims to invest $1 billion by 2025, expanding in the U.S. Nebius will issue 33,333,334 Class A shares at $21 each, with revenue projections up to $1 billion. Share buyback plans are scrapped.
