Comstock Inc. (LODE) shares surged after agreement for sustainable aviation fuel production in Pakistan

Comstock Inc. (LODE) shares surged nearly 17% in the pre-market session after announcing a binding agreement with Gresham’s Eastern for sustainable aviation fuel production in Pakistan. Gresham’s will develop a demonstration facility capable of processing 75,000 metric tons of biomass annually to meet global SAF demand. Recent retail chatter on Stocktwits has also been positive about the stock. Additionally, Comstock recently sold mining claims and exploration rights to Mackay Precious Metals Inc. for $2.75 million and a 1.5% NSR production royalty. Overall, Comstock shares have gained over 139% in the last five days, with year-to-date gains at just over 54%.
