Broadcom leads, ResMed lags in S&P 500 movers

Broadcom led the S&P 500 with a 4.7% increase in early trading, boasting a 106.5% gain year to date. On the flip side, ResMed was the worst performer, down 3.7% but still showing a 32.8% gain for the year. Carnival dropped 3.6%, while Advanced Micro Devices rose 3.8%.
