Sweden stocks closed lower by 0.19% with Evolution AB hitting a 52-week low.

Sweden stocks closed lower on Wednesday, with losses in various sectors dragging shares down by 0.19% to a new 3-month low. Top performers included Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB and SAAB AB ser. B, while Evolution AB and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B were among the worst performers. Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Evolution AB stocks hit a 52-week low, dropping by 10.14% to 822.40. Crude oil for February delivery fell slightly to $70.10 a barrel, while Brent oil for March delivery rose to $73.22 a barrel. Gold futures remained unchanged at $2,633.50 a troy ounce. EUR/SEK and USD/SEK both saw slight increases, and the US Dollar Index Futures rose by 0.18% to 108.00.
