Taiwan stocks closed lower with losses in the and sectors. The fell 1.84% at the close. Aurotek Corp and KYE Systems Corp were among the best performers, while Bonny Worldwide Ltd and Shin Tai Industry Co Ltd were among the worst. Crude oil rose to $69.76 a barrel, while gold fell to $2,640.69 a troy ounce. USD/TWD was up at 32.69.
