Oil prices fell as demand pressures weighed in, with WTI crude settling at $69.24 per barrel. Gold prices also dropped, with December delivery falling to $2,628.20 an ounce. Commodities cooled as Christmas approaches, influenced by a strong dollar and elevated bond yields.
