Turkish antitrust authority closes Meta probe due to commitments on data-sharing

Turkey’s competition board has ended its investigation of Meta Platforms, citing sufficient commitments to address competition concerns regarding data-sharing between Threads and Instagram. The probe was launched last year over potential competition law violations. Meta temporarily shut down Threads in Turkey in April to comply with an interim order.
