VR Resources Ltd. has completed Phase 1 drilling on the Westwood anomaly at the Empire District Project in Ontario. Five holes totaling 1,188 meters targeted the copper-gold-PGE mineral system, confirming the polyphase intrusive complex. The drilling results are consistent, showing the same zonations and intrusive contacts across the holes drilled.
Hole 5, WW24-005, was drilled to 201m, targeting the cumulate-textured mafic rock with sulfide. The drilling confirmed the Westwood anomaly as a complex intrusion with different zones. The project covers 10,254 hectares on Federal crown land in Ontario. VR Resources Ltd. is focused on copper, gold, and critical metals exploration in Nevada and Ontario.
CEO Justin Daley expressed satisfaction with the drilling program, stating that the geology and chargeability targets have been consistently tested. The company will update its 3D model with geochemistry and structural measurements based on the results. Assay results are forthcoming, and updates will be provided as received. The company is well-financed for mineral exploration and corporate obligations.
