ARGAN, a French real estate company, achieved a +8% growth in rental income for 2024, hitting €198 million and meeting yearly targets. Full warehouse occupancy at 100% for the second year was maintained. Sequential rental income growth from Q1 to Q4 was a result of successful commercial strategies. In 2024, ARGAN invested €180 million in 170,000 sq.m of new warehouses, generating €12 million in rental income, with an average yield of 6.6%. The company delivered 8 new sites to clients like DSV Road, Carrefour, U Proximite, and more, all pre-let in prime locations.
ARGAN completed its 2024 asset disposals program, totaling €77 million, including the sale of a logistics platform in Caen and a datacenter in Wissous. The company’s premium portfolio, appraised at €3.9 billion, saw a 6% increase in value in 2024, with a 100% occupancy rate for the second year in a row.
