Australia stocks rose with gains in financial and technology sectors, some individual stocks also increased.

Australia stocks closed higher with gains in the financial and technology sectors. Insignia Financial Ltd rose 14.69%, Appen Ltd added 6.14%, and Ramelius Resources Ltd was up 3.32%. However, Mesoblast Ltd fell 3.79% and St Barbara Ltd declined 4.08%. Insignia Financial Ltd hit a 3-year high and Appen Ltd reached a 52-week high. The ASX 200 volatility index rose 2.08%. Gold futures fell to $2,644.41 per ounce, while crude oil prices dropped to $73.62 per barrel. AUD/USD remained unchanged at 0.62.
