The divestiture will streamline the organization, focusing on Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care, and Rehabilitation Services. The sale is expected to increase revenue, EBITDA growth rates, and cash conversion, accelerating deleveraging. BrightSpring reported 2024 preliminary revenue and adjusted EBITDA above prior guidance and initiates 2025 guidance excluding Community Living.
