DuPont speeds up separation of Electronics business, keeping Water business, reaffirms financial guidance

DuPont has announced that it will speed up the separation of its Electronics business, with the transaction now set to be completed by November 1, 2025. The company has also decided not to separate its Water business, after evaluating strategic alternatives and determining that keeping it in the DuPont portfolio is the best way to generate value. DuPont has reaffirmed its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial guidance for net sales, operating EBITDA, and adjusted earnings per share.
