Eagle Bancorp, Inc. announced an extension of the expiration date for its offer to exchange unregistered Senior Notes due 2029 for registered Exchange Notes, now set for January 14, 2025. As of the Original Expiration Date, $72,500,000 of Original Notes were tendered for the Exchange Offer. The terms of the Exchange Notes are identical to the Original Notes, with no transfer restrictions or registration rights. The Exchange Offer is being made pursuant to a Prospectus filed with the SEC on December 3, 2024. Wilmington Trust, National Association is acting as Exchange Agent for the offer, with instructions available for participation.
