Ensurge Micropower ASA has successfully completed a private placement, raising NOK 40,000,000 through the issuance of 40,000,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share. The net proceeds will be used for the company’s operations and general corporate purposes. The share capital will increase to NOK 370,114,738.50 divided into 740,229,477 shares. The Private Placement will be settled with existing shares and is expected to be completed on or about January 23, 2025. The issuance of warrants to investors is subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting expected to be held on February 11, 2025.
