iRobot Corp. announced the appointment of Kevin Lanouette as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, effective January 17. Lanouette previously served as a Partner at OutsideGC in Boston. He will succeed Tonya Drake, the current Executive Vice President and General Counsel, who will transition to an advisory role before leaving on March 7. IRBT stock is currently trading at $10.44, down 3.02 percent or $0.32 on the Nasdaq.
