The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce created a relief fund to aid small businesses impacted by wildfires, offering grants of $5,000 to $10,000, disaster recovery webinars, and advising support. The fires have killed 25 people, destroyed 12,000 structures, and burned an area the size of Washington, D.C. Winds and low humidity continue to pose a threat.

Bank of America, Chevron, and Ring donated to the fund, with Bank of America also contributing to the American Red Cross, LA Regional Food Bank, and the LA Chamber. Royal Bank of Canada and City National Bank donated $3 million. AccuWeather predicts the fires could cost between $250 billion and $275 billion, becoming the costliest natural disaster in U.S. history.
